Are you self-taught? Or did you attend art school at all/take any classes?

Yes and No. So I studied art at College and Into Higher education, but never Fine art. It was more Graphic/ Illustration and visual communication. I didn’t draw ANYTHING on that degree course. I was completely and utterly miserable. I took that course because I was thinking about a feasible career. It’s one of my biggest regrets really, choosing a course with Money in mind. It’s entirely the wrong motivation to do anything if you ask me. Your heart needs to be in it.
Outside of formal education, I have always, for as long as I can remember been looking at drawings, drawing something, reading about drawings or listening to what professionals have to say about drawing ha ha. In a way, picking the bones of people I admire or artists who are kind enough to share their wisdom, I am getting a sort of hack job schooling. I know it’s going to take considerably longer but I don’t believe it’s impossible. I love creating art enough that I don’t really mind the grind either.
